What Vitamins You Need For Skin

The balance of vitamins in the body and in particular in the skin is one of the main components of its Health, and therefore Beauty.

Many vitamins have strong antioxidant activity. They block or inhibit oxidative processes in cells caused by free radicals.

So what vitamins are essential for your skin? First of all, Vitamin A, C, E, D and B Vitamins.

Vitamin A is a real superhero in cosmetology, one of the most effective ingredients. It works by binding to skin receptors, stimulating cell renewal and protecting collagen from destruction. The action of Vitamin A is aimed at both rejuvenation and the elimination of acne. At the same time, it is so active that it can irritate sensitive skin and requires gradual inclusion in care so that the skin can adapt.

Vitamin D is a semi-hormone, semi-vitamin produced by the skin in response to sun exposure. In the skin, Vitamin D influences various cellular processes, maintaining a youthful and healthy glow. Care cosmetics often contain not the vitamin itself, but "signal components" that stimulate its conversion in the skin and/or activate Vitamin D receptors.

Vitamin B is not one vitamin, but a whole group: Thiamine (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), Pantothenic Acid (B5), Biotin (B7), Folic Acid (B9) and B12. The most popular ones in cosmetic care are B3 and B5.

A form of Vitamin B3, Niacinamide, helps skin maintain its normal barrier function, improves the appearance and texture, helps keep pores clear and reduces redness.

The form of Vitamin B5 - Panthenol - soothes irritations, softens and moisturizes the skin.
